These terms cover VID Prep Bot Offline, operated by Juritronics. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy and the terms displayed for any purchase you make.

Independent learning resource

The app provides practice tests, explanations, lessons and learner testimonials. It is an independent preparation resource, not an official government or Vehicle Inspection Department (VID) app, and does not issue licences or act on behalf of VID.

Practice marks and testimonials are not a guarantee of passing. Questions may differ from an official examination. Road rules and official requirements can change; consult current official guidance and qualified instruction. Do not use the app while driving.

Access and activation

Some content is available in preview mode. Other content requires valid access. Available plans, prices, duration and purchase conditions must be shown before purchase through the applicable distribution channel. Offline-app access and WhatsApp learning subscriptions are separate unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.

In installation-code versions, activation is bound to the installation ID. Time-limited access expires at the time recorded in the code. Access described as lifetime applies to that app installation, not a promise of transferable access, unlimited future versions or permanent support. Uninstalling, clearing storage or losing the phone may invalidate activation. Contact support before changing your installation.

Refund and cancellation requests are handled through the applicable seller or store and subject to its terms and your applicable consumer rights. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your use of the app

Use the app for lawful personal learning. Do not forge activation codes, bypass access checks, resell activation access or redistribute learning materials or other learners' personal information without permission. Keep your activation code private.

Progress and offline content

Progress is stored locally. The app does not provide automatic Juritronics cloud recovery of your test history. Downloading updates may require an internet connection. Existing offline copies may contain older learning content or testimonials.

Testimonials

Only submit material you have the right to share. Support or payment proof is not permission to publish. Separate permission is needed to use your testimonial publicly. Sensitive licence details should be redacted. See Delete your data to request removal.

For activation problems, corrections, purchase questions or privacy requests, contact Juritronics at +263 777 772 486. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date; material changes to a purchase must be communicated as required by applicable rules.
