Replies to user messages will be sent within 24 hours without using message templates. Outside of the 24-hour window, PROVISION BOT will only send messages via approved message templates.

It maintains a published privacy policy and complies with applicable laws and regulations. PROVISION BOT does not use any data obtained from users for purposes other than supporting their learning experience. It does not share or request sensitive personal information from users
Prohibited Use

PROVISION BOT will not promote, facilitate, or engage in the exchange of illegal products or services. Additionally, it will not promote or facilitate the exchange of regulated or restricted goods and services, as determined by applicable laws and regulations.
Enforcement & Updates
PROVISION BOT reserves the right to limit or remove access to its messaging services if users violate the terms or policies. PROVISION BOT may update its messaging policy without notice, and continued use implies consent to the updated policy. Violations of PROVISION BOT's terms or policies may result in account termination and future prohibition from using PROVISION BOT services.

PROVISION BOT will obtain clear and explicit opt-in permission from users, clearly stating the message categories they will receive. It will provide instructions for users to opt out of specific message categories. PROVISION BOT will ensure that its opt-in and opt-out flows are clear and user-friendly. Additionally, it will clearly communicate the value of receiving educational information and support through PROVISION BOT.
